SENSE. The New European Roadmap to STEAM Education puts forward an art-integrative science education, grounded into a sensory and participatory approach to STEAM education.

SENSE. is designed to be meaningful and applicable for a variety of stakeholders. By the end of the project you will find here a Portfolio of STEAM activities, implementation strategies and evidence-based information on the added value of STEAM education. This portfolio will contain real life examples from education, research, and business; a learning companion for schools, museums and families; assessment tools for stakeholders that enable them to identify implementation strategies and evaluate the respective impact of SENSE.STEAM.

How to move from the educational model to practice?
How to apply and evaluate SENSE.STEAM
Initially the project will be implemented through 17 partner organisations across 14 different European countries spread across Europe.
Implementation and evaluation shall lead to a structured display of existing practices, frameworks, inquiry and feedback methods and other knowledge from all disciplines constituting STEAM. We will share research results on effectivity and pitfalls of specific STEAM inquiry undertakings and external validation by experts.
An intuitively to use Learning Companion with demonstrations and a user guide will support and enrich your pathway into education.
Proven strategies specifically addressing different stakeholders will demonstrate how to raise awareness, take action and advocate for STEAM education among their peers.
To get involved, each STEAM Lab will draw up a calendar of local venture events.

SENSE. advocates for the development of a high-quality education that is equally accessible to all learners and promotes socially conscious and scientifically literate citizens and professionals.
Proven strategies will specifically address different stakeholders showing them how to raise awareness, take action and advocate for STEAM education among their peers.
SENSE. Develops a network of which you can more than invited to become a part of. SENSE. strives to create an open community, a supporting networking, in which knowledge and experience is shared and co-creation has its place.
